The task is to find a Real Estate Professional who you feel will best represent your interests in marketing and negotiating processes.

5. What separates you from your competition? Key attributes to look for: assertiveness, availability by phone or e-mail, reliability analytical ability, professionalism and good negotiating skills.

6. How much do you charge? It is important to know your obligations before hand.

7. What haven’t I asked you that I need to know? Pay close attention to how the real estate professional answers this question, because there is always something more you need to know.
